Kemteck was created in 1999 to take advantage of new technologies
and move beyond older Internet development companies that have
outdated systems and methodologies. Since its creation, Kemteck
has brought practical innovation to its clients in the ever-evolving

Currently, Kemteck has two office
locations. Our main headquarters is located near Downtown
Minneapolis, Minnesota and we have another office in Bloomington,
Minnesota.
Randy Kempenich is the president and CEO of Kemteck Inc. Mr.
Kempenich is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management from
the University of Minnesota and has over 20 years of experience
in business management, marketing and business development.
Kemteck’s staff consists of employees with various skills and
disciplines. The Kemteck team includes graphic designers, web
developers, programmers, content writers, engineers, administrators
